Experience of Yan Zuxi's calligraphy lecture
On Tuesday, our teacher was lucky enough to listen to a wonderful calligraphy lecture by Professor S 1, a famous calligrapher in the Chinese Department of Tangshan Normal University. Professor Zhang's lively lectures not only deepened my understanding of Chinese characters and calligraphy, but also made me strongly feel the profoundness of China culture. It really deserves to be "a long history." This can be seen only from words and calligraphy. I feel ashamed to write down this topic. I get nervous at the thought that my poor pen will express my infinite feelings for Chinese characters and calligraphy.

As a China native, I speak Chinese and of course I write Chinese characters. I believe that everyone in China wants to have beautiful calligraphy. Maybe everyone has had a period of practicing calligraphy, but why are there not many people who can write good handwriting in the end?

In school, there is no teacher who doesn't want to write well, because it can also be said that it is the teacher's face. Think about yourself. I practiced calligraphy for a few days to save face, but in the end, I didn't give up because I was bored. Now that I think about it, my thoughts at that time were all wet. In fact, as a teacher, facing a lot of homework, if students write well, isn't it a pleasure to correct homework?

So, how can I write a good hand? Why do some people practice calligraphy so hard, but the effect is not satisfactory? Professor Zhang's lecture gave me great inspiration, and also made me fully understand many points and benefits of practicing Chinese characters that I didn't know before.

First of all, practicing calligraphy is the cleanser of the soul.

American psychologists point out that practicing calligraphy can give people the power of excitement and passion. As the saying goes, it is the best way to keep in good health to be dynamic and static, and to practice calligraphy is both dynamic and static.

Secondly, the cost of practicing calligraphy is not high.

To practice calligraphy, you only need to prepare pens, ink, paper and inkstone. The requirements for it are not high, just ordinary ones. Stationery stores sell them, and you can buy a few or a dozen pieces.

In addition, calligraphy can cultivate people's temperament, temper people's will and guide us to do things. The art of calligraphy is not achieved overnight. The ancients said that "the blade comes from sharpening, and the plum blossom is bitter and cold"; It takes a long time to study knowledge, and you must not be exposed to cold. Therefore, there is no shortcut to learning calligraphy. Only by learning from bit by bit, from strokes to structure to composition, copying more and making more, keeping it in mind and getting familiar with it, can we achieve the best state of unity of heart and hand. It can be seen that learning calligraphy art can temper people's will and quality. All calligraphers who are praised by later generations have noble integrity, strong personality and good morality. Their calligraphy works, their character and personality are loved, affirmed and praised by people at the same time. If people like Yan Shu, it is not only because of his good handwriting, but also because of his character. Yan Zhenqing was an official in court, upright and outspoken. Under the exclusion of treacherous court officials, his grandiloquence is more obvious, such as severe frost and scorching sun. Workers should write and be upright. From learning calligraphy, we can better understand and master the art of being a man. Professor S 1 also mentioned this point in his lecture. The word fame and fortune is the pursuit of many people all their lives, but a person's life is like a blink of an eye. Sima Qian mentioned in "Historical Records": "The world is full of benefits, and the world is full of benefits." How many people work hard, fame and fortune is the most basic fulcrum of life. Often at this time, people will lose their nature and forget their goals. When they come to the end of their lives, they will remember that they still have a lot of happiness they haven't enjoyed, complain that time passes too fast, and hate life. Calligraphy, on the other hand, is a purifying agent of a person's mind, which can make people transcend fame and fortune from the complicated real life, find the ID, let go of gains and losses, be indifferent to their own state of mind and devote themselves to life.

After understanding this, I deeply regret that I didn't practice my handwriting well, but I know that no matter what will happen in the future, I will try my best to practice my handwriting and I will never give up easily. I don't know if it's too late.
