4. Training exam. The Provincial Pigeon Association will hold a "training course for second-class referees to be promoted to first-class referees" in Nanjing in early August. Those who pass the training and assessment will be announced on the website of the Provincial Pigeon Association for one week without objection, and then a first-class referee certificate will be issued.
