How to write the pre-job training log for new employees?
Give you a sample version: leaders and colleagues: hello.

It has been almost a year since I joined xx Company in XX. In the past year's work and study, I deeply realized the great difference between practical experience and theoretical knowledge. The so-called "from practice to practice". But I jumped directly from "castle in the air" to "ground" to become a supermarket worker, and the challenges I faced were imaginable. I deeply understand my own weight and know that only by paying more sweat and efforts can I do my job well and live up to the expectations of the leaders. Fortunately, the leaders of the unit, especially my manager, have given me enough tolerance and patience, and my colleagues have unreservedly "taught and dispelled doubts", which has greatly improved my thinking and work, made great progress and gained a lot. Working for nearly a year, I have contacted many people and things. While rejoicing in my growth, I also know that I still have many shortcomings to correct. What needs to be corrected is an impetuous mentality. Sometimes, we only seek speed and ignore quality, which leads to some errors in data or words. Sometimes when doing one thing, we ignore the relationship between other things and this matter, which leads to inconsistency or inconsistent data, especially in the highly logical work of finance, which requires constant vigilance. If my colleagues hadn't corrected me in time, I'm afraid I couldn't improve myself until now, so I often work with a grateful mind. I hope it will be easy to make no mistakes in the future. Of course, there are other shortcomings that I need to pay attention to and correct in my future work. Supermarket work itself is a team work. As one of them, I can only do things in a down-to-earth manner, be modest and low-key, study hard the new knowledge of the industry, learn the experience and skills of my colleagues, and try my best to ensure the smooth progress of my daily work and various tasks with the help of my leaders and colleagues. At the same time, do your responsible work in time as required, and make no mistakes. This is my duty and value. In a word, as a newcomer who has been employed for less than a year, I will continue to exert my intelligence and wisdom with a vibrant and energetic mental state and contribute to the development and construction of the unit.
