1. Before masonry construction, the team should first check the setting-out size, and when the allowable deviation is greater than 3mm, it should promptly notify the management personnel to verify the construction.
2. Check whether the position and quantity of reserved Rachel bars meet the design requirements. 3. The location of temporary construction holes should be designed in advance. Stay on the wall of the temporary construction hole edge junction wall should not be less than 500mm, the hole width should not be greater than1m.. Precast lintels should be placed on the hole according to the design instructions.
4, due to the need of construction and erection of scaffolding should use double bent, shall not use a single bent, and are not allowed to be in any position on the brick wall construction scaffolding eye lien.
5. The materials stacked on the floor shall not exceed the design load of the floor. Generally, the width of brick pile should be controlled within 1 m, and there should be no more than two rows of three-skin bricks. Reinforcement measures should be taken at the planned centralized stacking position of mortar.
6. Before bricklaying, the foundation roof and floor surface should be cleaned up, and then leveled with cement mortar. When the thickness of leveling layer exceeds 20mm, fine stone concrete should be used for leveling.
7. Before the masonry of the infilled wall, the block should be watered and wetted two days in advance (the simple method to check the moisture content of the brick on site is to use the broken brick method, and when the melting water depth around the brick section is 15~20mm, it is regarded as the appropriate moisture content that meets the requirements).
What should be paid attention to in winter bricklaying construction:
1, when the outdoor daily average temperature is stable below 5℃ for five consecutive days, winter construction measures should be taken for masonry engineering.
2, masonry engineering winter construction should have a complete winter construction scheme.
3, winter construction materials shall meet the following requirements:
(1) Lime plaster, electric gypsum, etc. Freezing should be prevented. In the case of freezing,
It should be melted before use.
(2) The sand used for mixing mortar shall not contain ice cubes and frozen blocks larger than10mm. ..
(3) Masonry blocks shall not be frozen by water.
