Bengbu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau is responsible for implementing the principles, policies and decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee on human resources and social security, fulfilling the work requirements of the provincial party committee and municipal party committee, and upholding and strengthening the centralized and unified leadership of the Party on human resources and social security.
The main responsibilities are:
(a) to implement the national and provincial laws and regulations on human resources and social security, formulate human resources and social security policies, plan and organize their implementation.
(two) the implementation of human resources market development planning and human resources service industry development, human resources flow policy, promote the rational flow and effective allocation of human resources.
(III) Responsible for promoting employment in the whole city, implementing overall urban and rural employment development plans and policies, improving the public employment and entrepreneurship service system, implementing the vocational skills training system for urban and rural workers, implementing the employment assistance system, and taking the lead in implementing the employment policy for college graduates.
(four) to promote the establishment of a multi-level social security system covering the urban and rural areas of the city. Implement the national overall planning method for endowment insurance and the national unified renewal method for the relationship between endowment insurance, unemployment insurance and industrial injury insurance. Implement social insurance and other supplementary insurance policies and standards for old-age, unemployment and work-related injuries.
