Yao, a native of Xingguo, Jiangxi Province, is a young teacher and lecturer at the Party Construction Teaching Research Center of Jinggangshan Cadre College in China. Born in a Red Army family, he was influenced by red culture since childhood. He graduated from Capital Normal University in 2009 with a master's degree in education, and has been teaching at Jinggangshan Cadre College in China since May 20 10. Mainly responsible for the on-site teaching, passionate teaching (singing revolutionary songs) and the forum for the descendants of the Red Army in Xiaojing County, Huangyangjie Shaokou, Lenin Primary School.
