1, Harbin University for the Aged was established in April 1984. It is one of the earliest universities for the aged in China. The school is located on the beautiful Songhua River, a tourist attraction in Harbin. The school is jointly run by the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government and the Harbin Municipal People's Government.
