China Coal Mine Safety Technology Training Center (North China Institute of Science and Technology) is the safety production education and training base of the State Administration of Work Safety and the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety, and it is also the only directly affiliated institution of higher learning. It has two first-level training qualifications: national safety production and coal mine safety technology. The center was established in 1986. During the construction process, we cooperated with the United Nations Development Programme for a long time and obtained assistance of1220,000 USD. A large number of advanced teaching and experimental equipment have been introduced, more than 40 teachers have been sent abroad for further study, and more than 30 foreign experts have been received to give lectures and inspect in the center. At present, the center has maintained stable cooperative relations with relevant departments and universities in the United States, Britain, Japan, Russia, France, Poland and Australia.
