First, learn advanced teaching concepts.

In order to change teachers' traditional education and teaching concepts and promote the deepening of the new curriculum reform, our school actively organizes teachers to learn advanced teaching concepts, especially in Yang Si, Dulangkou Middle School and other schools with better efficient teaching. The advanced teaching concepts, methods and classroom teaching modes of Yang Si and Dulangkou Middle Schools are sorted and screened and distributed to every teacher. In addition to organizing teachers' learning by teachers' meetings and teachers' professional learning, the school pays attention to the practice and summary in the classroom.

Second, strengthen training and learning.

In order to further improve the efficiency of classroom education and teaching in our school, a series of training and learning were carried out in combination with the actual situation of our school:

Listen to experts' lectures on how to build an efficient classroom through CD-ROM, and enhance teachers' confidence in conducting efficient classroom research and practice. Hu, a specially invited part-time researcher and second middle school teacher, gave a lecture on the teaching design of excellent courses; Teacher Li Nan of No.4 Middle School introduced the advanced experience of class management; Ning Ke and Sun Yongping, two teachers from No.2 Middle School, exchanged experiences in teaching and learning. The teachers were deeply educated and inspired, and played a leading role in demonstration.

Third, carry out practical exploration

(1) Formulate an effective and efficient school classroom teaching management system to standardize teachers' teaching behavior.

(2) The Academic Affairs Office organizes teaching and research groups to carry out effective and efficient theoretical study and practice in the classroom.

(3) The whole school teachers actively explore and practice (two teachers from each group are selected for practical exploration).
