Every beauty salon attaches great importance to the pre-job training of new employees, with the emphasis on indoctrination. In fact, training is a big part of beauty salon culture construction. 2. In form: no normative text or lecture notes were produced, but some lectures were given in a unconstrained manner. At the same time, there is no specialized beauty salon cultural work department, only some staff or administrative staff work part-time, and there is no systematic study on beauty salon cultural work.

3. Content: mainly read some of my slogan ideas to employees. Everyone has never understood the importance of these contents to their future work, nor can they understand the concrete embodiment of these ideas in their work. Even if there is real cultural training, it is limited to the constraints of behavior and system, and the key point is what can't be done. The real core part of beauty salon culture has not been highlighted.

Third, several details that need to be paid attention to when preaching beauty culture

1, highlighting the role of culture and the focus of cultural construction, so that everyone can have a more systematic understanding of the culture of beauty salons at the first time, and establish their awareness that they must be consistent with beauty salons in their actions and thoughts. This work must be completed by a senior employee who understands the development course, strategic thinking and essence of beauty salon culture, including the development course, the core of beauty salon culture, some behaviors, institutional culture and effective cultural construction methods and carriers.

2. Many employees of large and medium-sized beauty salons still don't know the appearance of the top management of beauty salons after working for two or three years, let alone the attitude and thoughts of the top management of beauty salons towards employees. If employees are allowed to meet with the senior leaders of beauty salons on the first day, the newcomers will have a natural sense of closeness to the beauty salons and their leaders, and establish a sense of serving the beauty salons at the first time.

3. Prepare an excellent study text and an employee handbook that comprehensively introduces all aspects of beauty salons, so that employees can learn anytime and anywhere, adjust and restrain their thoughts and behaviors.

4. Dynamic information control. Interact with new employees every once in a while, such as seminars and questionnaires for some employees, to understand the problems encountered by employees in the process of integrating into beauty salons, and provide targeted help and education.

I also have some shortcomings in this year's work, such as not being sensitive to the psychological changes of customers and not being able to meet their needs in time. The root of this problem is that my experience is not rich enough, I have received less exercise in beauty salons, and my ability to judge customers and deal with emergencies is still weak.

Although the beauty salon is very busy every day, I will find problems in time, find problems and solve them in time. If I can't solve it, I will consult my colleagues and superiors in time. In this process, I feel that my ability has been improved and exercised. Of course, because I have been in the beauty salon for a long time, I will inevitably feel slack in my work, my enthusiasm for work is not high enough, I have not taken the initiative to develop new customers, and I am not confident enough when I do sales, so I can't talk about big orders and communicate with customers. I feel that my professional knowledge and professionalism need to be improved, especially my knowledge of beauty salon products and the mastery of beauty technology are not skilled enough. In the next 20XX years of work, I will continue to work hard, constantly set new goals for myself and constantly surpass myself. Third, to become a qualified beautician, you must have certain theoretical literacy.

Understand the basic physiological knowledge, nutrition, cosmetics common sense and psychological knowledge related to their jobs; Pay attention to the new development trend of today's beauty industry, so as to accurately carry out consulting services, realistically answer various questions raised by customers, and constantly improve their appreciation ability, so as to serve customers at a high level.

Fourth, superb technical literacy.

Beauty and skin care is a technology as well as an art. Beautiful and flawless skin is actually a painting conceived and carefully drawn by beauticians. Therefore, beauticians should not only have profound artistic accomplishment and correct aesthetics, but also master superb beauty and skin care skills and accurate methods. Only in this way can we take the initiative in beauty service.

V. Personal appearance of beautician

A beautician's personal appearance must meet the professional needs. Personal appearance can make customers have a good first impression on you and help you communicate with customers better.
