Summary of Work in 20xx After the coal preparation plant was put into production, the busy production and complicated work have always been the main theme of the life of cadres and workers in the whole plant. Under the correct leadership of the mining party and government, the workers of the whole factory overcame the difficulties of complicated personnel sources, uneven quality, unstable people's hearts and difficult conditions, intervened in the transformation and improvement of the production system in advance, and strived to accumulate experience in production practice, thus achieving "reaching the standard, reaching the output and achieving the effect" in a short time. Below, it is summarized in three parts.

First, the initial stage of production.

In xx month, the whole factory closely focused on the work of reaching the standard, striving to ensure stable production, straighten out the technological process, and eliminate a large number of design defects and poor construction quality that can not adapt to production. In the case of a large number of accidents, xx million tons of clean coal was produced in that month, and the "running, running, dripping and leaking" sites were treated throughout the month, and the centrifugal bypass chute and circulating water pressure relief pipe were reformed, initially creating a good atmosphere with beautiful environment, smooth popularity and stable production. Our factory has mainly done the following work in standard management.

1, production technology.

(1) The raw coal system has improved the coarse gangue discharge system and transformed it into two landing systems. 20 1 belt, 203 belt, and 205 scraper are equipped with sprinkling and dust extinguishing facilities, and iron collector boxes of iron remover are made.

(2) The dense medium system reformed the chute and angle of attack in front of the raw coal desliming screen; Inclined angle of chute of filter screen of gangue demister; Bypass chutes for coal, gangue and centrifuges are added; The small cooling cycle of water resistance cabinet is realized, and the normal production under the condition of no clear water is ensured. Especially, the mixing pump has been unable to achieve dual-system production since it was put into production, which directly affected the smooth realization of "three innovations". After several in-depth and meticulous exploration and research, on-site transformation, with the joint efforts of Huayu Company and our factory, the crux of the problem was finally found, and the dual-system production was successfully realized on xx. The success of the test indicates that the commissioning production process of our factory has basically ended and turned into normal production period.

(3) In the floating pressure system, a circulating water pressure relief pipe is added, and the filter cake dewatering reform system is improved.

2. Mechanical and electrical management.

(1) Due to equipment quality or design defects, several electromechanical accidents occurred one after another after putting into production, and the production was stopped for a long time due to lack of spare parts, which seriously affected the production order. Our factory actively reflects suggestions to relevant leaders to increase spare parts inventory and avoid unexpected accidents due to lack of spare parts in the production process.

(2) Pay attention to equipment management, from maintenance and charter flights to human efforts, intensify inspection, implement a regular inspection system, put an end to charter flights, improve the quality of charter flights and meet production requirements.

3. On-site quality standardization.

(1) Civilized production and bubble leakage control ***xx, including dense medium workshop xx, flotation workshop xx, perfect operation platform xx, raw coal workshop xx, flotation workshop xx and dense medium workshop XX; The regulating pipeline is more than xx meters, including xx meters for heavy medium and xx meters for flotation.
