Guangdong Xin 'an Vocational and Technical College, located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, was founded in 1998 and located in Guangdong Province. Approved by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government, it is a full-time non-profit private college integrating higher vocational education, international cooperation, continuing education and social training. It is one of the three higher vocational colleges in Shenzhen.

By February 2022, there were 306 teaching and administrative staff, including 233 full-time teachers, 2 full-time teachers/kloc-0, and 39 sub-high school teachers. Teachers with master's degree or above account for 56.6% of the total number of full-time teachers, and teachers with senior titles account for 2 1.88% of the total number of full-time teachers. There are 8 departments (departments) and 36 majors.

The school was founded in 1998 and was formally established with the approval of the state in June 2000. It is a privately-funded institution of higher learning jointly founded by Guangdong Education Promotion Association and Shenzhen Nanshan District People's Government.
