False propaganda of online education such as "no exam", "one-year evidence collection", "the exam has an answer", "the thesis is guaranteed to pass", "getting a certificate is barrier-free", "graduation" and "passing the exam" through the Internet and other media has seriously damaged the social reputation of online colleges in pilot universities and misled and deceived the majority of candidates. The applicant shall meet the following conditions:
