Shenzhen Institute of Certified Public Accountants (hereinafter referred to as Shenzhen Institute of Certified Public Accountants) is a social organization composed of certified public accountants established in accordance with the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Certified Public Accountants and the Regulations of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on Certified Public Accountants. It is a local organization of certified public accountants and an industry self-regulatory organization. Shenzhen Institute of Certified Public Accountants was established on June 30th, 199 1, and merged with Shenzhen Social Auditing Association on April 30th, 1995.
The highest authority of Shenzhen ICPA is the general assembly, and the board of directors is the executive body of the general assembly, which is responsible for it. The Council has a secretariat, which is responsible for the daily work of Shenzhen Association. The general meeting of members shall set up a supervisory committee to supervise the implementation of the resolutions and decisions of the general meeting of members by the board of directors, the president, the vice president and the secretariat.
The financial department of Shenzhen Municipal People's Government is the competent department of Shenzhen CPA industry, which supervises, manages and guides certified public accountants, accounting firms and the Municipal Institute of Certified Public Accountants according to law.
The main responsibilities of Shenzhen Institute of Certified Public Accountants are as follows:
(a) to approve the registration of certified public accountants and conduct annual inspection of certified public accountants;
(2) Formulating and amending the articles of association of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants according to law, and establishing industry management systems such as disciplinary system and credit file system;
(three) to reflect the opinions and requirements of the CPA industry and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of certified public accountants and accounting firms;
(four) to check the qualifications and quality of certified public accountants and punish acts that violate professional standards and professional ethics. Suspected of violating the law, need to be given administrative punishment, transferred to the municipal finance department;
(5) Organizing the qualification examination, continuing education and other training for certified public accountants;
(six) to coordinate and handle internal disputes in the industry;
(seven) coordination with government supervision departments and other relevant departments;
(8)? Organize business exchanges and foreign exchanges;
(9)? Other duties as prescribed by laws and regulations.
The articles of association of Shenzhen Institute of Certified Public Accountants are binding on all members.
