1 steamed bread, 1 eggs, 5g shallots.

Steps:
1. Prepare ingredients.
2. Slice the steamed bread, break the eggs and add chopped green onion.
3. Add salt to the egg mixture and mix well for later use.
4. Heat the pan with proper amount of oil.
5. Put the steamed bread slices into the egg liquid and wrap them evenly.
6. Pan-fry until golden on both sides.
