According to Article 4 of the Notice of the General Office of the State Administration of Work Safety on Strengthening Occupational Health Training for Employers, the time for attending occupational health training is not less than 30% of the total class hours, and the continuing education occupational health training is not less than 20%. The initial training shall not be less than 16 class hours, and the continuing education shall not be less than 8 class hours.

The main training contents of the main person in charge of the employer include the national laws, administrative regulations and rules on occupational disease prevention and control, the basic knowledge of occupational disease hazard prevention and control, and the occupational health management requirements and measures combined with the characteristics of the industry.

1, laws, regulations and rules related to occupational health and national occupational health standards;

2. Basic knowledge of prevention and control of occupational hazards;

3. Knowledge related to occupational health management;

4. Other contents stipulated by the State Administration of Work Safety.
