How to teach English training teachers well?
First, fully prepare before class

Preparation before class mainly refers to preparing lessons. When preparing lessons, we should first thoroughly study the teaching materials, and teachers should fully prepare and study the teaching objectives, teaching priorities, teaching difficulties, language knowledge, language structure, emotional attitudes and so on. Only when teachers fully grasp these goals can they design a series of teaching activities and adopt certain teaching strategies to break through the teaching goals, difficulties and language points. Teachers should prepare students as well as textbooks, because your clients are students. If you are divorced from the students, your class will be meaningless.

Second, teachers should have passion and sense of humor.

If a teacher treats his students with a straight face every day, then the students are definitely uncomfortable and have no interest in learning. Teachers' cheerful and lively mood will also infect students. Pupils are young, lively and active. They like the active atmosphere in the classroom and don't like the stagnant classroom, so teachers have no passion and students have no passion. Such a classroom can easily make students feel bored and want to sleep. Therefore, teachers should be childlike and have a sense of humor. For example, when I teach action words, if I want my children to jump, I have to move first, let them imitate the teacher's actions, and the teacher will infect the students with his passion and vitality, so that the classroom will be full of energy and passion, and the students will be interested in the class. As the saying goes, students like teachers and naturally like this teacher's class. If teachers can enhance their charm, I believe students will enjoy English classes.

Third, organize colorful classroom activities to stimulate students' interest in learning.

We know that a complete English class is indispensable for colorful classroom activities. Teachers design colorful classroom activities according to their own teaching objectives, so that students can master and use knowledge. The so-called enrichment of classroom activities means the diversification of forms and teaching methods. The classroom activities we often take are songs, stories, games, competitions, performances and group dialogues. Teaching methods include: listening and speaking method, task-based teaching method and situational teaching method. The richer the activities in a class, the higher the students' interest and the stronger their mastery. Therefore, teachers should carefully design the classroom activities of each English class to avoid the single form and activities.

Fourth, do a good job in evaluation and give students encouragement and praise in time.

Evaluation is also a part of the classroom. Sometimes teachers may ignore the evaluation because of time, which is not desirable. Because primary school students are small but have self-esteem, and they all want to be praised and encouraged by teachers. Whether they are poor students or excellent students, their mentality is the same. If teachers can master the ways and methods of evaluation, I think this class will achieve good results. When I teach junior students, every class is in the form of a group competition. We have made a rule that any student who can get a 100-star sticker can get a certificate from the teacher. So every time it comes to group interests, the students are very hard and active. The class spirit of young students is often unfocused and unsustainable, which requires teachers to constantly maintain classroom discipline. I take the form of group competition. The more questions answered by any group of students, the more scores they get. Which group has the best subject? Therefore, restraining students through competition can not only stimulate their enthusiasm and optimize classroom discipline, but also make poor students actively and bravely participate in classroom activities designed by teachers.

Fifth, do a good job of reflection.

Correcting one's own shortcomings actively and being brave in innovation In English teaching, most teachers begin to prepare for the next class every time they finish one class, and never leave time to reflect on their own teaching shortcomings. Without development, there is no progress. Teachers can make progress only if they often reflect, diligently find their own teaching loopholes, timely check and fill gaps, and learn from each other's strengths. Every time after class, you should think: has this class achieved the teaching goal? Does this design meet the students' level? What effect did the teaching activities achieve? How well do students master it? Timely reflection and improvement, after a long time, will certainly progress and develop.

As the saying goes, teachers should give students a glass of water and students should have a bucket of water. Therefore, in addition to reflection, teachers should listen to the lessons of excellent teachers, learn more cases of excellent teachers on the Internet, learn more, innovate more and have their own characteristics. Only by constantly improving their professional quality and skills can teachers have a good English class.
