China Electric Power Construction Henan Electric Power Welding Training Center was established in the 1970s, and it has the qualification to assess first-,second-and third-class welders according to the electric power industry standard "Rules for Welders' Technical Assessment".
It has the qualification certificate of Henan Boiler and Pressure Vessel Pipeline Welder Examination Committee issued by AQSIQ and Henan Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and is the Henan Steel Structure Welding Technical Guidance Center of State Grid Corporation (there is only one in Henan Province and only five in China).
Can undertake the training and examination of covered electrode arc welding (SMAW), tungsten argon arc welding (GTAW), carbon dioxide gas shielded welding (solid wire GMAW and flux-cored wire FCAW), submerged arc welding (SAW), gas welding (OFW) and other welding methods.
It has the qualification of long-distance pipeline (all-cellulose covered electrode pipeline downward welding, cellulose plus semi-automatic pipeline downward welding, joint connection, repair, STT, RMD), corrosion-resistant surfacing, wear-resistant surfacing, welding methods such as copper, aluminum, nickel and titanium, and welder training examination and certification.
We can cooperate with relevant units to apply for the qualification of international welders to meet the needs of China Power Construction Group and enterprises to explore overseas markets. The center is also a designated training base for CIMC, Henan International Labor Service Company, Henan Heavy Industry Steel Structure Co., Ltd., Shandong Installation and Construction Co., Ltd., Henan Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. and various power plants.
