Do old employees need training to get training salary when they change jobs?
Every company has different rules and regulations. If you transfer normally, you will get a basic salary. Plus the corresponding post allowance, deduct your five insurances and one gold, and what you get is your training.

The labor law stipulates that wages will be paid during the training period. The training period is only one or two days and will not be treated differently. If the training period is long, it shall not be lower than the local minimum wage. If the induction training period is a probation period, the salary shall not be less than 80% of my official salary. According to Article 48 of the Labor Law, the state implements the minimum wage guarantee system. The specific standard of the minimum wage shall be formulated by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and reported to the State Council for the record. The wages paid by the employer to the workers shall not be lower than the local minimum wage. According to Article 20 of the Labor Contract Law, the wages of workers during the probation period shall not be lower than 80% of the minimum wage of the same position in the unit or the wages agreed in the labor contract, and shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard where the employer is located.

According to the formal regulations of many large companies, seven-day training is paid, but often those decisions are in the hands of the company and leaders.
