You need to pass the training and examination of the Party School, and those who pass the examination will be issued with a certificate of completion before you are qualified to become a preparatory party member.

There are three stages in joining the Party. The following are the tasks that need to be completed in turn in each stage.

The first stage, the training and education investigation stage: the applicant submits an "application form" to the party organization, the party organization arranges contacts to carry out training and education, the Youth League Committee organizes "promotion" (all members who request to join the party must be promoted), and the Party branch determines the party activists. Party organizations fill in the "Questionnaire on Activists Joining the Party" (quarterly assessment, one year), party schools focus on training activists, party organizations determine development targets and report development plans to party committees, and conduct political review on development targets; Applicants write "autobiographies", solicit opinions from people inside and outside the Party, conduct "publicity", and the party organizations at higher levels conduct pre-examination.

The second stage, the development stage: determine the party introducer, the applicant fills in the Application Form for Joining the Party, the branch meeting discusses it, the superior party organization sends a special person to talk, the superior party organization approves it, the Party Committee of the Institute approves it, and the Party Committee issues the Notice of Approval.

The third stage, preparatory management and regularization stage: it is incorporated into the Party branch, and the Party organization prepares the party member questionnaire (quarterly assessment, one year), holds the oath of joining the Party, prepares party member to submit an application form for regularization, solicit opinions from the masses inside and outside the Party, publicize it, discuss it at the Party branch meeting, approve it by the higher-level Party organization, approve it by the Party Committee of the Academy, and file it with party member.
