1. Strengthen school-based training and learning. Schools are the main positions for training backbone teachers. School-based training has the characteristics of strong pertinence, high effectiveness and large training area. Therefore, school-based research is the main form of training key teachers. Make full use of educational and teaching practice activities, in accordance with the working idea of "combining research with research to promote training", through holding lectures, participating in research classes, observing classes, conducting competitions, special activities and regular teaching and research activities, and adopting effective methods such as "practical reflection" and "peer assistance" to carry out training work.

3. Pairing with apprentices to promote growth
In order to speed up the training of school backbone teachers and further promote the growth of young teachers, our school has selected teachers with high ideological quality, strong professional ability and rich teaching experience to pair up with new teachers, guide their education and teaching work, and carry out teaching activities such as attending classes, observing and discussing, reflecting and summarizing, so as to continuously improve their education and teaching ability and promote the growth of young teachers.
4. In the process of training, we should pay attention to discovering and selecting a group of outstanding academic leaders, and according to their actual level and ability, upgrade the corresponding teachers' titles or promote them to appropriate leadership positions in time to meet the needs of the construction and development of our school's teaching staff.
5. During the training of backbone teachers, the school actively encourages them to participate in various training and learning activities at all levels and actively encourages them to participate in higher education. The funds for continuing education, study and scientific research of backbone teachers are paid by the school, and the expenses for academic education are implemented according to the relevant documents of the Education Bureau.
