Safety production is people-oriented, equipment is operated by people, systems are observed by people, safety technical measures are implemented by people, and hidden dangers of accidents are eliminated by people. The human factor is crucial. Safety first is known to every power generation enterprise employee, but in practical work, it is not easy to achieve 100% safety in production. As an operator, in the face of some repetitive work, after a long time, you will have paralyzed thoughts, relax, and hidden dangers will appear. Only by constantly strengthening ideological understanding, constantly reminding ourselves at work, always ringing alarm bells for ourselves, and carefully analyzing dangerous points can we fundamentally solve the problem. In view of the fact that there are many large-scale equipment, rotating equipment, poor working environment and great influence by weather conditions in coal transportation specialty, the author's team uses the daily pre-shift meeting to carry out three stresses and one implementation, analyze the dangerous points and take preventive measures. All personnel on duty are required to calmly analyze and operate cautiously when finding abnormal situations, give up the fluky psychology, maintain a high sense of responsibility, and ensure personal and equipment safety with good work habits. Strengthen technical training. Without excellent business skills, safety in production cannot be guaranteed and various tasks cannot be completed. Faced with the present situation that the new equipment and team members have great differences in academic qualifications and uneven quality, the author's team started from the installation and debugging of the equipment, and strived to improve the ability of meeting and field work, master the structure, working principle and fault handling of the equipment, and be familiar with the operation process. From time to time, supervisors are invited to teach matters needing attention in the safe operation of dumper and bucket wheel machine, and they are constantly groping in actual operation, summing up experience, improving operation level and preventing misoperation. In normal work, team members are required to discuss unsafe phenomena and emergency treatment plans, and strengthen the pre-shift and post-shift meetings of the team, with special emphasis on the patrol of the personnel on duty during equipment operation. Sudden accidents happen instantly, which requires everyone on duty to be diligent in their eyes and legs and be strict with themselves in their work. Only when measures and safety precautions are put in place can accidents be avoided. Strengthen production management. The team leader should know the key, difficult and dangerous points of team production management like the back of his hand, and every class committee should know fairly well. We should start with details, follow the rules, pay attention to details, and start with small things. Many man-made accidents in power production are rooted in the habitual violation of regulations because they usually don't pay attention to details and take some small links seriously. For example, illegal acts such as not wearing safety helmet, not dressing according to regulations, and not cleaning up accumulated coal during operation are seemingly insignificant, but there is a huge crisis in essence. A little indulgence may bring security risks. In this regard, it is necessary to strengthen the management of temporary employment, both formal workers and employees should be treated equally. Before hiring workers to clean up the accumulated coal, the person in charge of the work should explain clearly the work place, work content, safety precautions, safety measures and the responsibilities of guardians, and do their best to eliminate unsafe hidden dangers in the bud.
