Yes, but even if you have taken the undergraduate examination and finished all the subjects, you still need a college diploma when you apply for graduation from the self-taught undergraduate examination. Undergraduate diploma can not be directly applied for. I used to study in ZP college, and I can only apply for an undergraduate course if I get a junior college diploma.
