Leaders and comrades: I am very happy to share with you some practices and experiences in strengthening the standardization of trade union organizations in enterprises under the new situation. First of all, on behalf of the # # Group, I would like to extend my warmest welcome to the leaders of superiors and brother units present at the meeting today. At the same time, I sincerely hope that you can bring us valuable experience. I would also like to thank the leaders of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions for giving me this opportunity to talk about my experience in supporting trade union work as the general manager and party secretary of an enterprise. Next, I will talk about three points: First, under the new system, trade union work can only be strengthened, not weakened. Our company was transformed from "Luohe Automobile Transportation Corporation" to "Luohe Automobile Transportation Group Co., Ltd." at the beginning of 1998. From a state-owned enterprise with decades of history to a joint-stock enterprise, this is a very big change. Since the leading group of our company is still the original team after the restructuring, our main task is how to make a smooth transition, how to do a good job in the alternation of the old and new systems, and how to do a good job in the operation of the "three meetings" between the old and the new. At this stage, what I consider most is the new "three meetings" under the new system, that is, the board of directors, the board of supervisors, the shareholders' meeting and the old "three meetings", that is, how to place the positions of party committees, trade unions and workers' congresses, how to establish institutions and how to change their roles. At that time, I had a firm belief that no matter how the nature of the enterprise changes, the political core position of the party Committee in the enterprise cannot be changed; The principle that the party, government and workers collectively decide on major decisions of enterprises cannot be changed; The fundamental principle of relying wholeheartedly on the masses of workers to run enterprises cannot be changed; The tradition of giving full play to the advantages of ideological and political work in enterprises cannot be changed. As for the trade union organization, I always think that its position in the enterprise is special and important, and it is the bridge and link between the enterprise and the employees. Some things that are difficult to say and do in administration can be solved and handled well through trade unions. Trade union is a good helper of enterprise management, and its role is irreplaceable. Therefore, on the issue of the establishment and staffing of trade union organizations, I think it must be carried out on the principle of perfect institutions and capable personnel, and the strength can only be strengthened, not weakened. In the subsequent establishment and staffing of various organizations in the company, our team basically implemented cross-posts. As the chairman and general manager of the company, I also serve as the party secretary of the company. Fu, secretary of the Party Committee and member of the board of directors, served as the chairman of the first and second trade unions, while the chairman of the third trade union was the chairman of the Party Committee and the chairman of the board of supervisors. Four of the other five board members are also members of the company's party Committee. This fully shows that after the reorganization of our company, the new and old members will be divided into two groups, which will still be a whole, which will lay a very good foundation for our future work to be carried out in a coordinated and orderly manner. In terms of the construction of grass-roots trade union organizations, we have established 23 grass-roots branches based on the principle that there are workers, and selected cadres and workers with good ideological quality, good mass base and strong working ability into trade union organizations, further improving the cohesion and centripetal force of enterprise trade union organizations. The second is to put the support for trade union work into practice. As the main leaders of enterprises, the importance and support for trade union work should not be lip service, but should have practical actions and substantive content. In the eight years after the restructuring, my support for trade union work can be illustrated from the following points. First, we have long insisted that major issues and decisions of enterprises should be decided by the collective research of the party and government and industry associations, which is a system for us to strengthen the construction of leading bodies. For example, in recent years, major investments, internal reforms, key work and employees' interests of enterprises have been decided by collective research, and trade unions have full voice and voting rights. Second, actively support trade unions to work independently. The trade unions in our company are organized, staffed and funded. I always ask them to work independently and organize more influential activities. For the guidance of trade union work, I always appear as the party secretary. For the activities carried out, the company fully supports them from top to bottom, and will subsidize them when the funds are insufficient. For example, every Spring Festival, the company will give tens of thousands of dollars to the trade union, which will purchase holiday supplies and distribute them to employees. At the end of each year, the company will also give some money to the trade union for sympathy and relief to employees in need. The conference expenses of some trade union meetings, the expenses of major activities and the training fees of trade union cadres going abroad are basically administrative expenses, which can be said to be human, material and financial support. The third is to fully listen to the opinions of employees. After the Spring Festival every year, the first meeting held by the company is the workers' congress, which should be carefully prepared from top to bottom. At each employee's congress, I report to the employee representatives on behalf of the administration, the chief accountant reports the company's financial budget and final accounts, and other administrative leaders report the implementation of the employee's proposal at the last employee's congress and the collection of the employee's proposal at this employee's congress. Some major reform plans of the enterprise will be submitted to the employee's congress for discussion and approval. I asked the team members to distribute the suggestions made by the staff representatives after the meeting and urged the relevant departments to implement them. If they don't implement it, there should be a specific explanation. At ordinary times, we also understand and listen to employees' opinions and suggestions on the company through the investigation of employees' ideological status organized by trade unions and various employee symposiums. I try to participate in various forums organized by trade unions and communicate with you directly. Support the work of trade unions with their own practical actions. My support for trade union work, my care and love for workers have also won the support of the broad masses of workers. What moved me very much was that when we organized staff representatives to make democratic comments on the middle-level and above cadres in the company, some representatives actually wrote down suggestions such as "Please take care of the manager" and "Please wish the manager a rest" in the comments column. I think this is the greatest trust and reward for employees, and it has also become a kind of motivation and sense of responsibility for my work. Third, trade unions have played an important role in the development of enterprises. Just now I talked about my views and opinions on trade union organizations under the new system. And how I, as the party and government leader of the enterprise, really support the work of trade unions. Let me talk about it below. We attach so much importance to trade union work, so what does my general manager think of trade union work? In other words, let's evaluate it! I want to sum it up in one sentence, that is, in the eight years since the restructuring of our # # Group, trade unions have played an irreplaceable positive role in the rapid development of enterprises from small to large and from weak to strong. I want to explain it from three aspects: first, I have trained a dedicated staff for the enterprise. From the beginning of enterprise restructuring to now, the company has always placed the education of employees in a very important position, which can be said to be the joint management of the party, government and military industries, but this long-term task is mainly undertaken by trade unions. Focusing on employee education, the trade union determines the education theme every year and refines it to specific arrangements every month. In terms of staff training, it is basically rotated once a year. Especially in the past two years, trade unions have organized many powerful and influential activities among workers. For example, the Great Discussion on the Relationship between Me and # # # has nearly a thousand articles written by employees alone. Seven lectures were organized in the lecture tour "# In My Heart", among which employees received more than 95% education, and many employees' families also participated. These activities have received very good results, making employees feel more and more deeply about the enterprise and their inner attachment to the enterprise is getting deeper and deeper. They sublimate their feelings for the enterprise into hard work and create achievements. Therefore, I think our dedicated employees are the most precious wealth of the enterprise, which is inseparable from the efforts of the trade union. The second is to share the company's worries, solve problems for employees, and do a lot of concrete work to maintain the stability of enterprises. In recent years, the transportation market situation and the competition in the same industry have become increasingly severe and fierce, and enterprises are facing many difficulties and pressures. Administrative energy has been concentrated on production and operation and enterprise development. However, the internal and external contradictions and problems are getting more and more serious, and sometimes it can be said that some unstable factors have affected the normal operation of the company. In order to solve these problems and contradictions, the trade unions at the two levels of the company took the initiative to undertake these important tasks, dispel doubts and resolve contradictions, and did a lot of in-depth and meticulous ideological and political work, so that the problems were solved and contradictions were resolved, and the normal production and operation order and work order of the company were maintained. In terms of caring for employees' lives, which employees are sick, trade union cadres will visit them in time and send them care and greetings from the company; Which worker's family has difficulties, the trade union will give timely relief and help; When employees have ideological problems, trade union cadres should do ideological work in time. Trade union organizations always pay attention to the warmth and coldness of employees and build a bridge between the company and employees with practical actions. Third, it fully mobilized the enthusiasm of the employees and played a positive role in the rapid development of the company. In recent years, trade unions have made a lot of efforts in how to mobilize the enthusiasm of workers and how to promote the improvement of economic benefits. Labor competition and striving for Excellence have come and gone for many years. Vigorously commend the advanced, carry forward the enterprise righteousness, so that the employees' awareness of striving for Excellence is constantly enhanced, and their work enthusiasm and enthusiasm are fully exerted, which greatly promotes the rapid development of the company's work. Looking back at the beginning of the restructuring, the company's assets were only 52 million yuan, 493 vehicles, and the annual national taxes and fees were 6.5 million yuan. After eight years of struggle, the enterprise has undergone earth-shaking changes. In the first three years after the restructuring, the company achieved the goal of over 100 million assets, over 1,000 vehicles and over 10 million national taxes and fees. In the second three years, we will achieve the goal of 200 million assets, 2,000 vehicles and 20 million state taxes and fees. In the third three years, the company put forward three three goals, that is, by the end of 2006, we will strive to achieve the goal of 300 million assets, 3,000 vehicles and 30 million state taxes and fees. The realization of these grand goals is the crystallization of the sweat of the broad masses of workers and the result of the hard work of 4000 people. I've told you many times that no matter how good it is, you can only take one car. It is up to all the staff to drive away more than 2,000 vehicles of the # # Group. So I said: it is the employees of the # # Group who have made the cause of the # # Group, and the trade unions have contributed a lot to it. These are my superficial views and experiences on trade union work. There are still many shortcomings and gaps in our work. I think the support of the company's party and government for trade union work is still not in place. We should take this on-the-spot meeting as an opportunity to seriously find out the shortcomings and gaps, learn from the valuable experience of our brother units, and do our work better and more solidly.
