The training contents mainly include the understanding of new teaching materials, the attempt of effective teaching methods, the reflection of the class teacher's work and the exchange of excellent experience, the formulation of teaching routines, the independent study of one of the contents that I feel most deeply in the new curriculum, the narrative of education that I feel most deeply in the context of the new curriculum, and the discussion and suggestions around topics and lesson examples.

The training schedule is divided into two stages: centralized training and decentralized training.
