National Judges College (hereinafter referred to as "Judges College") is a training institution for judges directly under the people's courts and an adult higher law school approved by the Ministry of Education. Its nature is a fully funded institution. Its main task is to train judges and reserve judges, and at the same time undertake undergraduate and specialist education for master of laws and law majors. According to the needs of the development of Judges College, with the approval of the people's court, Judges College plans to recruit four college graduates in 2009. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Recruitment Position, Target and Registration Conditions

(1) Recruitment position

The positions of the four college graduates that Judges College plans to recruit are teaching departments. The specific professional requirements and places are as follows: doctor of criminal law 1, doctor of intellectual property of civil law 1, doctor of administrative law and administrative procedure law 1, doctor of environmental protection law 1.

(2) Recruitment target

Judges College is geared to the national unified recruitment (excluding entrusted students and directional enrollment) of outstanding fresh graduates of full-time universities and research institutes in 2009 who meet the post requirements.

(3) Registration conditions

6, solid basic theory, excellent academic performance, strong ability to analyze and solve problems and organize and coordinate;

Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office are not allowed to register.

Second, the recruitment process

(1) Registration and qualification examination

Registration is by post. The registration period is from February 23 to February 27, 2009. If the application is mailed, the mailing date shall prevail, and the personnel department of the college shall be notified by telephone within 3 days from the date of delivery to inquire about the mailing results.

Applicants must submit the following materials when applying for registration: (1) Application Form for Recruiting Ordinary College Graduates in 2009 (style attached) 1 copy, and a copy of the award certificate must be submitted for winning the prize; (2) The academic record of the applicant's main courses signed and sealed by the academic affairs department of the institution 1 copy; (3) A copy of my ID card and two recent 1 inch bareheaded photos (black and white is not limited) (one of which is posted on my resume); (4) On-the-job personnel shall submit a copy of the household registration book.

2. Qualification examination

Judges College will conduct qualification examination in time according to the above recruitment conditions and job requirements, and put forward audit opinions. Those who meet the application conditions will inform the relevant candidates before mid-March 2009.

(2) written examination

The written test is a written test for professional subjects, including basic theoretical knowledge of related majors and Chinese writing. The written test time is to be determined, and the place is in the Judges College.

(3) Interview

According to the written test scores of candidates, the judge college determines the candidates who participate in the interview from high to low. The interview time will be determined at the Judges College.

(4) Give a lecture

According to the written test and interview results of candidates, the judges' college will determine the participants in the trial lecture from high to low. The time of the lecture is to be determined, and the place is in Judges College. Those who can participate in the audition need to have a physical examination at the same time.

(5) Investigation and employment

According to the written test, interview and physical examination, the judge college determines the candidates for inspection according to the procedures and sends people to the graduate school for inspection, and then submits them for approval and employment according to the procedures.
