Party spirit and national conditions education bases are distributed in Jinggangshan, Yan 'an, Xibaipo and other revolutionary holy places, as well as Shanghai Pudong, Shenzhen, Jiangsu Huaxi Village and other places at the forefront of reform and opening up. The ceremony of listing bases was held in various places. The study and training highlighted the theme of party spirit education, and insisted on combining the traditional education of the Red Revolution with the education of national conditions and reform and opening up, so as to promote party member cadres to enhance party spirit and strengthen Socialism with Chinese characteristics's "three self-confidences". All localities have carefully designed the contents of education and training, formulated teaching plans, invited local and high-level experts and professors from East China Normal University, Jinggangshan University, Yan 'an University, Shenzhen University and other universities to give lectures, highlighted on-site lectures, strengthened real feelings, effectively touched people's hearts, strengthened party spirit cultivation, and stimulated the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of cadres and officials in party member.
In order to improve the pertinence of education and training, the selected education and training personnel are mainly party member cadres, young party member cadres, party cadres and party activists, and are sent to six bases in six batches each year, with about 35 people in each batch. In terms of time arrangement, usually from May to June, each study and training lasts for 3 days, mainly using weekend time. During the training period, the study expenses shall be paid by the Party Committee of the government, and the round-trip transportation expenses shall be borne by the dispatching units.
Students deeply realized the rich connotation and contemporary value of revolutionary spirit by visiting revolutionary martyrs' cemetery, revisiting the "grain-picking trail", interviewing martyrs' descendants, listening to special reports, visiting revolutionary historical memorial sites, revisiting the swearing-in ceremony of joining the Party, and learning to sing revolutionary songs. Through on-the-spot visits to internationally renowned enterprises, high-tech industrial bases and new socialist countryside in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Huaxi Village, I can personally feel the earth-shaking changes at the forefront of reform and opening up and the great achievements in Socialism with Chinese characteristics's construction. At the same time, along the way, students also went to universities, vocational and technical schools, primary and secondary schools around the country to study and investigate, personally felt the profound changes in education, got in touch with front-line grassroots educators, teachers and students, and learned about the new ideas, new measures, new situations and new problems encountered by local and schools in implementing the educational planning outline and deepening educational reform. The training will closely combine "reviewing history" with "feeling reality", show reality with history, and confirm history with reality, so that party member cadres have a deeper understanding of the party's fine tradition, the "four comprehensive" strategic layout, building a well-off society in an all-round way and the road of Socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is reported that this kind of learning and education mode has changed the previous training form based on preaching, and highlighted more vivid learning forms such as on-site teaching and experiential teaching. Taking vivid examples as the teaching content and historical events as the teaching venue has greatly enhanced the appeal and attraction of teaching, fully mobilized the enthusiasm and participation of students, and the learning and training effect is really impressive.
