Implementation plan of student cadre training

In order to ensure that the new class cadres and student union cadres can enter the role as soon as possible after being elected, assume their respective job responsibilities, and further clarify the job tasks, job responsibilities and job requirements of each post, and carry out their work effectively and smoothly, the Institute of Adult Education has made the following provisions on the training of student cadres:

I. Organization and implementation

Under the direct leadership of the general party branch of the college, the deputy secretary in charge of student affairs is mainly responsible for the training of student cadres, and the student management office of the college is responsible for the specific organization and implementation. Plan in advance before each training, arrange the specific time and specify the specific training place.

Second, the institutionalization of training.

The construction of student cadres is an important channel for colleges and universities to train qualified and high-quality talents, and it is the basis for doing a good job in class work. Doing a good job in the selection and training of class cadres will play a positive role in further improving students' ideological and political work. To this end, we will train student cadres twice a year, at the end of April for new student union cadres and in mid-May for new class cadres.

Third, training methods.

The training takes the form of centralized study guidance and group discussion, with emphasis first and discussion later. After the training, everyone should hand in a training summary and come up with a personal work plan. In principle, the training time is arranged for three and a half days (6 hours), and the study guidance is concentrated twice and discussed once.

The above provisions will be implemented as a routine work of student management education.
