ChFP (CHFP) is a professional qualification certificate issued by People's Republic of China (PRC) and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and it is the only financial planner certificate issued by a government authority. The certificate adopts a national uniform number, which can be found on the official website of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security-National Vocational Qualification Work Network.

On June 365438+February 3, 20071day, the General Office of the State Council issued the Notice on Cleaning up and Regulating Activities Related to Various Vocational Qualifications (Guo Ban Fa [2007] No.73), which pointed out that "all non-administrative licensing professional qualifications examined and approved by the personnel, labor and social security department of the State Council in conjunction with relevant departments should be determined on the basis of cleaning up and standardizing, and announced to the public. Other non-administrative licensing professional qualifications should be sorted out and cleaned up: those set by other departments, directly affiliated institutions, directly affiliated institutions and directly affiliated units in the State Council should be cleaned up in time. When necessary, after being approved by the personnel, labor and social security department of the State Council in conjunction with relevant departments, it will be incorporated into the unified management of the state and announced to the public, and everything else will stop. "

Chfp is divided into three grades, namely, assistant financial planner (national vocational qualification level 3), financial planner (national vocational qualification level 2) and senior financial planner (national vocational qualification level 1). National Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security has carried out the certification of assistant financial planner and financial planner, and senior financial planner (national vocational qualification level I) has been in the internal pilot period since June 2009 1 1, and the advanced examination was piloted in Beijing and Guangzhou in June 20 13.

The Chfp certificate must be obtained through the examination. The certification examination is a national unified examination, which is conducted twice a year, in the middle of May and 10, respectively. The examination place is designated by the human resources and social security departments of various regions.
