How to write a summary of the training of new officers in the Ministry of Culture and Sports?
With a flick of a finger, the days passed silently, and more than a month's work soon became history. With the support and help of the minister and colleagues, I quickly adapted to the work. Looking back on my work for more than a month, I have made great progress in my thinking, study and work, and I have grown a lot, but I have also clearly realized my own shortcomings. All in all, joining the Culture and Sports Department of the Student Union has made me gain a lot. The following is a summary of the work for more than a month:

First, do morning exercises

About morning exercises, it is an essential activity every morning. The time for running morning exercise is 6: 20, but I always get up early to see if the weather is suitable for running exercise that day. If there are special weather conditions, I will apply to the minister in time. Actively cooperate with the minister to check attendance during running practice.

However, at the beginning of the work, the regulations on attendance were not clear, and there were also problems such as the number of people reporting errors. But under the guidance of the minister, I have been able to do these jobs skillfully now, and I have accumulated some work experience and improved my self-worth.

Second, dance.

With the strong support of leaders at all levels in the college, our culture and sports department will hold a dance in the light basketball court every Friday night. Although my job is to arrange the venue before the dance and clean the venue after the dance, I am honored to contribute my insignificant strength to everyone. Because as a student cadre, I always adhere to the principle of "serving students wholeheartedly" and do everything for everyone, no matter big or small. This is not only my job, but also my responsibility.

Third, basketball games and tug-of-war games.

It's just accumulation In basketball and tug-of-war, I learned a lot besides doing my job well. Through two games, I further understood the importance of unity and cooperation. The same is true in the course of my work. Unity among colleagues is conducive to improving work efficiency. * * * With progress, only by uniting with the minister can we better complete a job and accumulate work experience in collaboration with the minister.
