Hospitals must provide pre-job training on hospital infection knowledge to new employees, advanced students and interns for at least 3 hours. Only after passing the exam can they take up their posts. Medical staff should participate in continuing education courses and academic exchange activities related to the prevention and control of nosocomial infection. The full-time staff of hospital infection management should be no less than 15 class hours per year, and other management and medical personnel should be no less than 6 class hours per year.

2, should have on-the-job education system and plan. Educational methods can be taught, knowledge contests, watching videos and exams.
3, should have all kinds of personnel pre-service education and training records.
4, medical staff should master the basic knowledge of hospital infection, including infection diagnosis, disinfection and isolation, rational use of antibiotics and other aspects of knowledge.
