Figure skating originated in Britain in the18th century, and then developed rapidly in Germany, America, Canada and other European and American countries. The figure skating rink is 56 ~ 6 1 m long, 26 ~ 30m wide and the ice thickness is not less than 3 ~ 5cm. It was listed as an event in the first Winter Olympics on 1924, and now it includes four events: men's and women's single skating (1924), pair skating (1924) and ice dancing (1976). Figure skating can be divided into many individual events according to the requirements and technical movements of athletes. Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, abbreviated as Ning, is the capital of Yinchuan. Located in the northwest inland of China, bordering Shaanxi in the east, Inner Mongolia in the west and north, and Gansu and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in the south, with a total area of 68,700 square kilometers, it is located in the northwest of the four geographical divisions.
