I have a friend who works in Sichuang Group. I heard him say something about the company, as if it were not as bad as others said. In recent years, the company is in the transformation of its main business, and its operating performance is not very outstanding, but it can still be self-sufficient and slightly profitable. Those who have made outstanding contributions will also be rewarded through salary increase, promotion and year-end bonus. This is not easy in the current general recession of IT industry. As far as I know, many IT companies are poorly managed and have a hard time surviving. As a private science and technology enterprise established almost 30 years ago, it is not easy to survive until now.
