At the county level:
1, assist the county animal husbandry bureau to formulate relevant measures and methods, and put forward reasonable suggestions; Assist the government in organizing the control and extermination of major animal diseases; To undertake the administrative law enforcement and business training and guidance of animal husbandry and veterinary in the county.
2, responsible for the county animal epidemic prevention supervision, animal product safety and veterinary drugs, feed and feed additives, veterinary biological products, laboratory biosafety supervision and other law enforcement work. Organize the implementation of feed and veterinary drug quality management standards, pollution-free animal products origin and product certification.
3. Implement quarantine, supervision and management of animals and their products in the county according to law, and be responsible for the supervision and investigation of illegal activities in the production, processing, slaughter and circulation of animals and their products.
4. Exercise the power of examination and approval, punishment and administrative compulsory measures as stipulated in People's Republic of China (PRC) Animal Epidemic Prevention Law, People's Republic of China (PRC) Grassland Law, People's Republic of China (PRC) Animal Husbandry Law and Yunnan Animal Epidemic Prevention Regulations. Responsible for the quarantine examination and approval of imported breeding animals and their semen, embryos and breeding eggs. Responsible for the supervision and management of livestock and poultry production and operation and the implementation of grassland law.
5. Responsible for the management of animal clinics, official veterinarians, practicing veterinarians, supervisors and quarantine officers in the county.
6, responsible for the county veterinary law enforcement system and team management; Responsible for the training of animal health supervision and law enforcement personnel, the publicity and implementation of relevant laws and regulations.
7, responsible for the county quarantine and epidemic prevention supervision and law enforcement certificates, photos, seals, signs, logo planning, ordering, distribution, storage, use and supervision.
8, responsible for animal health supervision information report, responsible for animal identification management, disease traceability system construction and management; To guide and supervise the animal health supervision and law enforcement work of the county-wide temporary supervision and inspection stations for animal epidemic prevention and township police stations.
9, responsible for animal breeding, animal and animal products production, management, processing, circulation, animal diagnosis and treatment, isolation, harmless treatment and other places of animal epidemic prevention conditions audit and supervision.
10, complete other work assigned by superiors.
