Zhengzhou Transportation Vocational College is the first automobile transportation vocational college in Henan Province approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government and put on record by the Ministry of Education. It is also the largest automobile transportation vocational college in China. The College is located at the intersection of Songshan South Road and Zheng Shi Expressway, the main traffic artery in Zhengzhou. It is the "Henan Civilized School" jointly awarded by the Henan Provincial Commission for Work and the Henan Provincial Department of Education. It is one of the top ten honest units in Henan Province and a national training and teaching base supported by the central government. On the afternoon of May 1 1, Zhengzhou Jiaotong University held a meeting of all middle-level and above cadres. Li Shunxing, director of the College Board of Directors, attended the meeting and delivered an important speech, announcing the important decision of the College Board of Directors: to appoint Comrade Li Guofa as the Executive Dean of Zhengzhou Jiaotong University.

At the meeting, Director Li Shunxing warmly praised Comrade Pan Hongliang, secretary of the Party Committee of the College, for his important contribution to the reform of teaching and scientific research and the development of the College during his tenure as Executive Dean, and accepted Comrade Pan Hongliang's resignation as Executive Dean for health reasons. Secretary Pan Hongliang thanked Li Shunxing, director of the College Committee, for his understanding and trust, and said that he would continue to be a good party secretary, further improve the party's work, and be a good staff member of the college leadership.

It is reported that the college's decision to appoint Comrade Li Guofa as Executive Dean has won unanimous support from all middle-level cadres. Comrade Li Guofa is a graduate student majoring in education. He has worked in this university for more than ten years. He has served as secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee, director of the office, director of the Admissions and Employment Steering Committee, and vice president. In 2004, he participated in the national university president qualification training, and in 2005, he participated in the cadre training of the Organization Department of Zhengzhou Municipal Committee. He has rich experience in education and teaching, a unique understanding and insight into the operation law of the university, and a deep affection for Zhengzhou Jiaotong University. He is young, enterprising, innovative and clear-minded. Everyone agrees that under the leadership of Comrade Li Guofa, the leading group of the College will make greater achievements by uniting, forging ahead, being pragmatic and innovative, boldly reforming and constantly standardizing management. At the meeting, Director Li Shunxing put forward clear requirements for the current reform tasks in personnel, teaching and student management.
