The certificate of completion of the league class proves that you have participated in the training and study of the league school and passed the examination. The purpose of training is to become the development goal of Communist Youth League members. The certificate of completion of the group class is an honorary certificate, which is convenient for individuals to join the group. It has no other meaning and has little to do with joining the party.
