First-class constructor registration conditions:

1, major in engineering or engineering economics, working for 6 years and managing for 4 years;

2, undergraduate, working for 4 years and managing for 3 years;

3. Graduated from a double bachelor's degree or postgraduate class, working for 3 years and managing for 2 years;

4. Master's degree, working for 2 years, management 1 year;

5. Doctoral degree, 1 year management.

First-class constructor examination subjects: construction engineering economics, construction engineering management, construction engineering regulations and related knowledge are unified examination subjects.

Pre-test description

The national professional qualification examination for first-class registered architects is organized and implemented by the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Personnel. The examination adopts rolling management, * * * 9 subjects, and the rolling cycle is 8 years. The examination management of the national first-class registered architect professional qualification examination in Beijing area is organized by the Beijing Personnel Examination Center, and the registration work is implemented by the Beijing Municipal Planning Commission.

The first-class registered architect examination is valid for eight years. In the period of validity, those who are qualified in all subjects will be awarded the Qualification Certificate of China People and National First Class Registered Architects by the National Registered Architects Management Committee.

Holders of valid "Certified Public Architect Practice Qualification Certificate" are eligible to apply for registration and can carry out the business of certified public architects. The registration of first-class registered architects shall be the responsibility of the National Management Committee of Registered Architects.
