(1) Strengthen system construction, including:
① Standardize the election system, that is, strictly abide by the election standards and conditions, standardize the election procedures, and select candidates who truly represent the wishes and interests of the broad masses of employees to join the board of directors and the board of supervisors according to law.
(2) Optimize the system of contacting employees, that is, relying on the company's trade union organization network and the organization of the employees' congress, collect employees' opinions, suggestions, demands and voices in a timely and regular manner, and establish contact channels through effective forms such as contact days, reception days, employee directors' or supervisors' mailboxes to ensure extensive and frequent contact with employees, so as to truly make employee directors and supervisors become spokespersons, representatives and defenders of employees.
(3) Adhere to the debriefing system, that is, mainly adhere to annual debriefing, post-term debriefing and daily work briefing, so that employees' directors and supervisors can actively negotiate before the meeting, report in time after the meeting, and consciously accept the supervision of trade unions and workers' congresses. For listed companies, the contents of the notice shall comply with relevant laws, regulations and policies.
④ Strict supervision and assessment system. Combined with the functions and methods of democratic appraisal of cadres by workers' congresses, every year and when the term of office of workers' directors and supervisors expires, workers' congresses should strictly conduct democratic appraisal and evaluation on the performance of workers' directors and supervisors in terms of representativeness, participation in decision-making, supervision, honesty and self-discipline, and inform workers in an appropriate form as the basis for their re-election and recall. In case of incompetence or dereliction of duty in the supervision and examination of the employee representatives, the trade union of the company or more than one third of the employee representatives may propose to convene an employee congress and dismiss it through democratic voting.
(2) Strengthen the training of employees' directors and supervisors. Employee directors and supervisors are not only members of the board of directors and the board of supervisors, but also employees and trade union members of the company. Therefore, trade unions should care about their thoughts, work and life, support their work, help them overcome difficulties in their work in time, help them study in combination with their actual work, strengthen planned and targeted training, and constantly improve their working ability and level, especially to learn and train those business management and labor wages that are most urgently needed in practical work.
(3) Resolutely support employee directors and supervisors to perform their duties according to law, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employee directors and supervisors. Trade unions should dare to make representations to relevant parties and urge them to correct their mistakes if they regard employee directors and supervisors as decorations under various excuses and hinder them from performing their duties according to law. Employee directors and employee supervisors are employee representatives in the board of directors and the board of supervisors, and should fully represent and reflect the opinions, wishes and demands of employees. Therefore, there are more chances of disagreement with other members of the board of directors and the board of supervisors, including the administrative leaders of enterprises, and the possibility of unfair treatment is correspondingly greater. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employee representatives in the board of directors and the board of supervisors through trade unions. If employees' directors and supervisors are found to have been retaliated and unfairly treated for performing their duties, the trade union must stand up for them and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
