Can I refuse to use the training during the break?
Legal analysis: the company uses the rest time for training, employees can refuse, and workers can also complain to the labor inspection brigade. Laborers have the right to rest, and no one may infringe upon the rights conferred by law. Meetings and training are part of the work arrangement of the unit and cannot occupy the rest time of employees.

Legal basis: Article 41 of the Labor Law restricts the extension of working hours, including normal working days, rest days and legal holidays. That is, the total overtime hours of working days, rest days and legal holidays in each month shall not exceed 36 hours.

Article 44 of the Labor Law stipulates that if workers are arranged to work overtime on rest days, they should first arrange for compensatory time off. If you can't make up the rest, you should pay no less than 200% of your salary. Make-up time should be equal to overtime. If workers are arranged to work overtime on legal holidays, they will be paid no less than 300% of their wages, and generally no compensatory time off will be arranged.
