1, hydraulic safety lock switch

You can see it when you open the door of the excavator. As the name implies, the "safety lock" is designed with the driver's safety in mind. Because the action of the excavator is driven by hydraulic pressure, the safety lock can control the transmission of hydraulic pressure in time. When the excavator is started, the driver sits in the seat and turns the hydraulic safety lock to the unlocked state. At this time, the operating handle or walking pedal excavator will act accordingly.

When the excavator is not working or the driver wants to get off, the hydraulic safety lock should also be turned to the locked state to avoid safety accidents caused by touching the handle and walking pedal by mistake.

Of course, different brands of excavators have different hydraulic safety locks, but as long as we know, we can skillfully control them to some extent.

2. Main switch of power supply

Before starting the excavator, be sure to check whether the main power switch of the excavator is turned on. When the excavator is not working for a long time, it is necessary to turn off the main power supply to prevent the battery from leaking. On the excavator, even if the key of the excavator is pulled out, the emergency light and radio on the roof are still powered on, and they can all be turned off by turning off the main power switch.

3. Engine start switch

The engine start switch is actually the position where the key is inserted to start the excavator. There are some signs on it. Let's find out.

(2) On, which can be understood as on and off. When the key is turned here, the whole circuit of the excavator is connected.

4. Dashboard

If the engine is the "main board" of the excavator, then the dashboard is the "display" of the excavator, which can feed back the status information of the excavator at any time, such as fuel quantity, cooling water temperature, engine oil temperature, engine speed, working mode, time, equipment maintenance information, fault inquiry and so on.
