Let me tell you a secret.

I once thought about leaving the club.

I might as well tell you why.

I have a question:

What can you get in Touma?

Have you ever had such a question?

At the Ningbo Summit, I found the answer.

1. What is the Ningbo Summit?

? 85-u-5-where are you?

Explain.

Draw a picture on the whiteboard. )

Our location is AACTP Nantong Trainers Club. 5 is the community code. There are 9 clubs in our community. U is the code name of our central area, and 85 is the code name of our regional area. There is a large area in the south, middle and north of China.

Ningbo Summit is the annual meeting of 85 regions 179 clubs.

This is the summit.

What did you do at the summit?

There are four main points:

First, the competition. Chinese speech, English speech and evaluation speech competition.

Second, elections. Select district officials and district heads.

Third, the workshop. There are guest lectures and group discussions.

Fourth, the party. There are red carpet shows and song and dance performances.

The impression that the summit gave me can be summarized in a few words: high-end, atmospheric, high-end, not low-key, luxurious and connotative.

Summit venue: luxury banquet hall of Sheraton Hotel.

Summit guests: I have a head and a name, what ALB, ACG, DTM, I still don't understand what it means.

Summit language: all English except Chinese speech. I brought my husband to the meeting. I think he listened carefully and didn't fall asleep, so I asked him, do you understand? He said: I don't understand at all. But he added: I understand. Because there is another language called body language.

The three-day summit gave me a great shock. I can speak all day.

Today, I want to share with you a few people who impressed me deeply.

The first one, red.

I met her for the first time 1. She is a volunteer to maintain order in the meeting place. It looks a little serious. However, when the music started, she became like this. I was really dumbfounded at that time: where did you get the courage! But to be honest, I admire it in my heart.

The second time I met her, she was the regional flag bearer in Shanghai. Teams from Nantong and Shanghai are nearby. I just found out that she belongs to the Mom and Dad Club. During the chat, I also learned that Honghong will be the host of the next Chinese speech contest. In order to win this opportunity, she hosted more than ten events in a row and took the initiative to apply to the organizing Committee.

The third time I met her, she was the host. Her host is not perfect, but I think: her courage is better than perfection!

The fourth time I saw her, she was a party performer, singing the Northeast Yangko, so cute!

Red represents courage. Courage is advancing in imperfection!

Second, Tony

Tony gave a demonstration speech at the summit, "Fortune favors the brave", which surprised the audience.

Do you want to know how Tony did it?

2 weeks, 30 times.

Think back, how many times did you practice your last speech? Is it 10 times? Have you done it five times?

Is it because there is no time?

On the 25th, at 7 o'clock on the second day of the summit, the standard-bearer rehearsed.

Rehearsal at seven. Do you think it's still early?

However, before that, Tony had finished a conference call.

On 26th, the third day of the summit, after listening to the champion's speech, Tony hurried to the airport and went to Japan.

Before boarding the plane, he had sorted out the main points of the champion speech and distributed them among the group.

We all feel that Tony has a gentle and powerful aura, and even when he goes there, he feels confident and calm.

At the summit, we can better understand that this confidence comes from hard work!

Third, international speech champion Dananjava.

Chinese name: big dentures.

I'm going to pretend to be a champion now

Which partner can cooperate on stage.

Say a paragraph to introduce yourself and time it for 2 minutes.

Friends, what information did you get from his self-introduction?

Anything else?

Imagine that after the meeting, do you remember what he said?

So, a day later, a week later?

Ok. If five people get five different kinds of information from your speech, you have not provided any information.

What is information?

Sentences you want the audience to remember.

For example, fate favors the brave.

Back to myself.

Above, I imitated the champion and showed you a small number of champions' speeches.

Big dentures, top speakers, no doubt.

Moreover, I think he is also a top coach and mentor.

In my opinion, a good speaker and a good tutor have something in common: excellent communication skills.

I'll give you what you want and I'll give you the way you like.

In this process, I feel satisfied.

What I offer is what you need, and my way is acceptable to you. And in this process, I am also very satisfied.

(Draw a picture)

The fourth person, my husband.

He accompanied me to the summit, but I think he gained more than me.

Tony said, OK! Good husband!

This gentleman really accepted it silently.

Indeed, I am very touched and grateful that my husband is willing to accompany me to the summit. I want to say it out loud here.

Some people say: companionship is the longest confession, I agree.

In my opinion, confession is also the most effective communication.

I have to say, because of effective communication, we can often make a fuss and make a fuss.

Effective communication makes my life better!

The peak is like a splendid cherry tree, which is pleasing to the eye and unforgettable.

Looking back, that cherry tree didn't grow out of thin air.

On the eve of the game, in the corridor, I saw the players practicing again and again, and I also saw his partners always accompanying and listening carefully to help him improve.

This reminds me of what Liva said greatly: One person may walk fast, but a group of people go further.

Anyone who shines at the summit is rooted in the club.

They give speeches in clubs and become mentors or officials.

They practice their ideas in the club, receive feedback and then adjust their pace.

They fell down in the club and stood up; Failure, and then, continue.

No one will accuse you and no one will laugh at you.

As long as you are willing, step by step, step by step, step by step, you have become a better self.

Back to the original question:

What do you get from fighting horses?

Courage and confidence?

be

Communication skills?

be

Leadership?

Yes.

More fundamentally, I think it is:

Love and freedom.

Encourage you when you succeed and support you when you fail.

At the club, we will be each other's backs and ladders.

Hey, friend, keep moving. Don't worry, we're right by your side.
