According to the newly published "20 16 Examination Outline for Assistant Doctors in Rural General Practice (Trial)", the examination for assistant doctors in rural general practice mainly includes three parts: medical humanities, public health and general practice, and the specific content of each part covers the following knowledge.

Medical humanities

Medical humanities-medical psychology, medical ethics, health regulations, basic skills (professional quality)

public health

Public health-public health strategy, basic knowledge of health statistics and epidemiology, health education, legal infectious diseases and public health emergencies, chronic non-communicable diseases, residents' health management, health supervision and co-management, health management policies, and basic skills (health handling operation and personal protection operation).

common practice

General medicine-basic knowledge of general medicine, common symptoms, common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases, rational drug use, first aid and first aid, basic skills (medical history collection, physical examination, surgical items, medical document writing), TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, and appropriate technology application.
