Chapter IV Financial Aid Policies and Related Procedures for Students from Poor Families

Article 7 The main contents of the national subsidy policy for students from poor families in colleges and universities

According to the requirements of "Opinions on Establishing and Perfecting the Financial Aid Policy System for Students from Poor Families in Ordinary Undergraduate Colleges, Higher Vocational Schools and Secondary Vocational Schools", our school has established financial aid policies for students from poor families in colleges and universities, such as national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, national grants, national student loans (students' credit loans), free education for normal students, national education aid for students in military service colleges, tuition compensation for students in grass-roots employment, compensation for new students' student loans, work-study programs, tuition reduction and exemption.

Before entering school, students from poor families can apply to the county (city, district) level education department where their families are registered, so as to solve the tuition and accommodation fees. When entering school, freshmen with particularly difficult family finances can report through the "green channel" opened by the school. After entering the school, the school will take different measures and give financial assistance after verification. Among them, the settlement of tuition and accommodation fees is mainly based on national student loans, supplemented by national inspirational scholarships; To solve the living expenses, the state grants are the main ones, supplemented by work-study programs.

Article 8 The main contents of the subsidy policy for students from poor families in colleges and universities.

Our school fully allocates 5% of tuition income to help students from poor families. Financial assistance takes the following forms.

(1) school scholarship

1. The school scholarship mainly rewards students with excellent full-time academic performance in the second year or above of junior college. Scholarships are divided into three grades. The first-class scholarship is distributed according to the grade and professional number, accounting for 2% of the total number of students, and each person is 1 000 yuan per year; Second, third-class scholarships are allocated according to the number of classes, and second-class scholarships are evaluated according to 3% of the total number of classes, and each person is in 500 yuan every year; The third-class scholarship will be assessed at 10% of the total number of students in the class, and each student will be awarded 200 yuan every year.

Students with financial difficulties in their families refer to students whose funds raised by themselves and their families are not enough to pay for their basic expenses of study and life during their studies at school. Article 10 Requirements for Foreign Language Professional Training

English majors only recruit English language candidates, and other majors are not limited to foreign languages.

In 2020, the examinee's physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities and related supplementary provisions formulated and issued by the Ministry of Education, the National Health and Wellness Commission and the China Disabled Persons' Federation.

Article 13 Access Rules

(1) shift ratio. The school files according to the scores provided by the provincial entrance examination institutions (including the national college entrance examination plus points confirmed by the provincial entrance examination institutions). For batches voluntarily filed in sequence, the file transfer ratio should be controlled within 120% in principle. According to the batches submitted by parallel volunteer, the file transfer ratio should be controlled within 105% in principle. At the time of admission, the enrollment plan can be appropriately adjusted according to the quality of students in each province (city, district).

(two) for the provinces (cities, districts) that implement sequential volunteering, priority is given to the candidates who choose the first choice. When the number of first volunteers exceeds the number of school-based enrollment plans, candidates with second volunteers are not recruited; When the number of the first volunteer online is less than the school-based enrollment plan, the second volunteer and other volunteer candidates can be admitted.

(3) Take care of extra points. Candidates who enjoy the policy of adding points or dropping points shall file in accordance with the provisions of the admissions examination institutions in their provinces (cities, districts), and shall be ranked according to the score of the file when enrolling in the major, giving priority to candidates with high scores.

(4) Professional Admission: Candidates who enter the file are all in line with the candidates' first professional choice, and are admitted from high score to low score according to the candidates' filing scores. There are special requirements in the province, according to the principle of admission in the province, professional admission is not required. If candidates fail to enroll their professional volunteers, they will be admitted to the missing major by professional adjustment, and those who do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed. Priority level, when the candidates' scores are the same, they are sorted by single subject order and scores from high to low. The liberal arts are Chinese, foreign languages, comprehensive literature and mathematics in turn, giving priority to those with high scores in disciplines; Science subjects are mathematics, foreign languages, science and Chinese in turn, and those with high scores are preferred. Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Zhejiang, Hainan and other provinces that have carried out the college entrance examination reform shall follow the new college entrance examination admission policy.

(5) Art candidates are required to participate in the art joint examination organized by the whole province. Candidates who pass the entrance examination will be selected according to their scores in cultural courses from high to low (or implement the relevant regulations on art admission in the province where the students are located). Fine arts and design in Jilin Province are admitted according to the comprehensive score, and the calculation method is: comprehensive score = professional course score * 100%+ cultural course score *60%.
