This school was founded on 1928 by Dr. Pan Xulun, an outstanding educator and accounting expert in China, to train modern accounting talents. The advanced concept and direction of running a school make Lixin accounting enjoy a high reputation at home and abroad. She is located in Wuxi, the beautiful coast of Taihu Lake, covering an area of 228 mu. Now it is divided into Dongjiang Campus and Meiyuan Campus, with a building area of 64,044 square meters and more than 5,000 full-time students.

Dongjiang Campus, founded in 1982, formerly known as Wuxi Lixin Accounting School, mainly trains junior accounting and business talents for the region. Since 1999, it has jointly run a school with Wuxi Vocational and Technical College (formerly Wuxi Machinery Manufacturing School), involving five-year junior college education and three-year junior college education, which has a good influence in the local area. At present, the schools are mainly single-recruit classes and five-year junior college classes (accounting, business, computer, animation).

Meiyuan Campus, founded in 1984, was originally Wuxi No.2 Industrial School, which mainly trained talents in machinery, accounting and tourism for the region. Meiyuan Campus of Wuxi Vocational and Technical College has cooperated with Wuxi Vocational and Technical College since 1997, running a five-year college and a three-year college, and it is still Meiyuan Campus of Continuing Education College of Wuxi Vocational and Technical College. At present, it mainly undertakes the teaching of all majors in Wuxi Lixin secondary technical school (not single-recruit), and the main majors in running schools are electromechanical integration, numerical control, accounting, tourism and computer.
