(1) Registration

Registration takes the form of unified time, online registration, online preliminary examination and online payment. Each person is limited to one recruitment position. Applicants who maliciously register registration information, disturb the registration order or cheat the examination qualifications by fraud will be given the treatment of canceling the qualification for this examination and not being allowed to apply for the institutions in our city within 5 years.

1. Online registration: applicants log in to the online registration system of the designated website, truthfully fill in and submit personal information, and upload recent bareheaded photos (photo size 1 14× 156 pixels, occupying less than 20K). If the applicant logs in and fills in the information several times before the prequalification, the last filling will automatically replace the previous filling. 2. Poor rural college students and urban residents who intend to enjoy the examination fee waiver do not need to pay online, but they can bring the original and photocopy of the Employment Service Card for Graduates from Poor Families in Shandong Province issued by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Department of Education to the Personnel Management Section of Laizhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for confirmation of the waiver. After the registration, the recruitment plan will be cancelled or correspondingly reduced or adjusted according to the ratio of 1:3 (the adjustment is limited to posts in education, health care institutions and township and street institutions, and the adjustment method is shown in Annex 5), and the shortage of majors can be appropriately relaxed with the approval of the recruitment leading group. Candidates who cancel the recruitment plan can change to other positions within the specified time.

(2) Qualification examination

Candidates' qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Candidates who enter the interview scope must go to Laizhou Talent Market (No.212, Fu Qian Street, in the courtyard of the Federation of Trade Unions) for on-site qualification examination within the specified time. I must submit the written test admission ticket, fill in the complete Registration Form for Recruiting Staff in Laizhou Public Institutions, autographed Commitment Letter for Applying for Credibility of Staff in Laizhou Public Institutions, two 2-inch photos with the same edition submitted by the registration system, and the original and photocopy of relevant supporting materials.

Relevant certification materials include: graduation certificate (academic qualifications submitted by full-time graduates, professional certification letter or employment recommendation letter issued by the academic affairs office of the college, graduates with postgraduate qualifications should indicate the research direction, and whether graduates applying for academic qualifications should also indicate whether they are teachers), degree certificate (provided by full-time graduates before 20 14, 3 1), ID card, household registration book (or household registration certificate). If the on-site submission materials are incomplete, they shall be provided within two days after the on-site qualification examination time (doctoral students and those applying for health-related postgraduate positions shall be provided within two days after the interview), and if the unit agrees that it cannot be provided before the interview for some reason, it may also be provided within two days after the interview. Failure to participate in the on-site qualification examination as required shall be deemed as waiver of qualification. Those who fail to meet the qualification conditions after examination will be disqualified from the interview. If the results of on-site qualification examination are inconsistent with those of online preliminary examination, the results of on-site qualification examination shall prevail. Vacancies due to abandonment or cancellation of interview qualification shall be filled from high score to low score according to the written test score above the written test score.

(3) Examination

The recruitment examination adopts a combination of written examination and interview. Candidates for doctoral and health-related postgraduate positions are interviewed directly without written examination.

Basic knowledge of specialized courses, except the basic knowledge of pre-school education, all other positions are professional knowledge of the positions applied for (regardless of the length of study). The written test scores are calculated according to the percentage system that the basic knowledge of teaching accounts for 40% and the basic knowledge of professional courses accounts for 60%.

(2) Health: health laws and regulations and basic knowledge of health specialty. Basic knowledge of health specialty: those who apply for positions of western medicine, stomatology, anesthesia, imaging, preventive physicians and dental and rehabilitation technicians are the basic knowledge of western medicine, those who apply for positions of traditional Chinese medicine doctors are the basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, those who apply for positions of imaging technicians are the basic knowledge of medical imaging technology, those who apply for positions of midwives and nurses are the basic knowledge of nursing specialty, and those who apply for positions of western pharmacists, Chinese pharmacists and inspectors are their own professional knowledge. According to the percentage system of health laws and regulations and basic knowledge of health specialty accounting for 20% and 80% respectively, the written test scores are calculated.

(3) Other categories: public basic knowledge and application. The basic knowledge of public affairs mainly includes laws and regulations, political and economic theories, current political policies, computer knowledge and other basic contents. The written test scores are calculated according to the percentage system of 50% basic knowledge of public affairs and 50% application.

Candidates are required to take all the required subject exams, and the results can be valid. After the written test, determine the qualified line of written test scores according to the written test situation. Recruitment positions above the qualified line are divided into high scores and low scores. Step 2 interview

Those who enter the interview scope pay the interview examination fee, 70 yuan, and those who enjoy the written examination fee reduction are exempt from the interview examination fee.

If you apply for the post of educational preschool teacher, the interview will adopt the professional skill test method; Other posts in education adopt the way of listening to lectures, and the content of listening to lectures is the current textbooks of applied learning and posts, among which the current textbooks of corresponding posts in junior high schools are applied by primary school teachers in Jie Zhen. For those who apply for health graduate positions, the interview is structured (including professional knowledge); Those who apply for health western medicine doctors (excluding postgraduate positions) and nursing positions are interviewed by means of clinical basic operation and nursing basic operation examination respectively; For those who apply for other positions in health, the interview is structured. If you apply for other positions, the interview will take the form of structured interview or leaderless group discussion. The interview is based on a percentage system. After the interview, the interview score of health-related postgraduate positions is the total test score; Education, other and health western medicine doctors (excluding postgraduate positions), nursing positions according to the written test scores, interview results accounted for 50% of the proportion, health and other positions according to the written test scores accounted for 60%, interview results accounted for 40% of the percentage system to calculate the total test scores. The interview score and the total exam score are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. According to the recruitment position, according to the total score of the exam from high to low, the scope of physical examination is determined according to the recruitment plan 1.5 times (3 times that of the health graduate degree position). In the same recruitment position, if the total test scores are the same and affect employment, they will be sorted according to the written test scores; If the written test results are still the same, they shall be sorted according to the order of doctor, master, provincial outstanding graduates, undergraduate graduates of ordinary colleges and universities, and junior college graduates of ordinary colleges and universities; If you are still uncertain, organize an interview with the same person as the total score of the exam, and determine the person who enters the medical examination scope according to the total score of the exam after the second interview. (4) Physical examination and evaluation

After the scope of physical examination is determined, the candidates are divided into recruitment positions, and the candidates are examined from high score to low score according to the recruitment plan. If the physical examination and assessment are all qualified, the physical examination and assessment will not be carried out for other personnel entering the scope of physical examination and assessment; Vacancies caused by unqualified medical examination or abstention shall be filled in equal amount among other personnel who have entered the medical examination scope from the recruitment position according to the total test scores from high to low.

Physical examination refers to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation), Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation), Notice on Revision and Special Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation), etc. Among them, those who apply for academic qualifications should also refer to the Implementation Measures for Physical Examination of Teachers' Qualification in Shandong Province, and those who apply for health should also refer to the relevant provisions for physical examination of medical and health practitioners. The expenses required for the physical examination shall be borne by the applicant, and the applicant who enjoys the examination fee reduction shall be responsible by the recruiting unit. After the examination of all physical examination items, if the chief physician thinks that further examination is needed before making a judgment, candidates should obey the arrangement of the chief physician and conduct further examination. Candidates who have objections to the medical examination results may submit a written application to the recruitment agency within 7 days after receiving the medical examination conclusion, and the recruitment agency will organize a re-examination in a medical institution not lower than the original medical examination hospital level. The re-examination items shall be determined by the recruitment agency in conjunction with the re-examination medical institutions, and the results of the physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion, and the relevant medical examination expenses shall be borne by the applicants. The reinspection can only be carried out once. From the publicity period to the end of dispatch, vacancies caused by abandonment of employment qualification or cancellation of employment qualification will be filled from high to low according to the total test scores of the personnel who entered the medical examination scope from this position, and will not be filled after dispatch.
