2. Inspection contents of coal enterprises

Third, the stage division and inspection methods

(1) Stage 1: Deployment stage (June 1 to June 10)

Local coal bureaus and national key coal group companies shall, according to the plan of ministries and agencies, formulate inspection plans at the corresponding level and make arrangements for the employment and occupational health law enforcement inspection of coal mines in the local area (group). The law enforcement inspection plan of each unit shall be submitted to the provincial offices for filing before June 10.

(II) The second stage: the self-examination and self-correction stage of coal mining enterprises (June 1 1 to August 10).

Coal mining enterprises conduct self-examination and self-correction against inspection plans and standards, find problems and make timely rectification. After completing self-examination and self-correction, coal mining enterprises should report the work summary in a timely manner according to the regulatory relationship, fill in the relevant forms, and report to the municipal and county coal administrative departments and state-owned key coal group companies.

(3) The third stage: the comprehensive acceptance stage of city and county coal administrative departments and state-owned key coal group companies (August 1 1 to September 30th).

Cities and counties and state-owned key coal group companies should inspect and accept the supervised coal mining enterprises and their subordinate coal mining enterprises, and require the county-level coal administrative departments to inspect and accept the supervised coal mines, with a coverage rate of 100%.

After each stage, the municipal coal industry management department and the national key coal group company report the stage summary and schedule arrangement; After the provincial inspection, it shall be reported to the law enforcement inspection work summary and schedule before June 3 10.
