(2) Development of training content. The development of training content should be combined with the above training project design principles to design course content and training methods.
(3) Design of implementation process. Fully consider all links and stages in the implementation process, reasonably arrange the training progress, decompose the training content into multiple learning units centered on problems or abilities, and determine the teaching order, details and required time according to the relationship and difficulty of each unit to form a complete training progress.
Reasonable selection of teaching methods, according to the degree of teachers' control of training expectations and the degree of students' participation, combined with the training content, determine which method can achieve better results.
Based on a comprehensive analysis of the training environment, the training environment should be as consistent as possible with the actual working environment to ensure that the training results can be well applied to specific work.
(4) Selection of evaluation methods. How to evaluate the success or failure of the training program, how to evaluate the intermediate effect, how to evaluate the learning effect of the students at the end of the training, and how to investigate the application in the work are also essential parts of designing the training program. The purpose, means and concrete implementation of training project evaluation affect the whole training project.
(5) Preparation of training resources. The resources needed for training include people, money, things, time, space and information. In fact, resource analysis is also a feasibility analysis to determine whether the training can be carried out, whether it is an internal training mode or an external entrusted training mode, or whether it is conducted in cooperation with external institutions.
(6) Training expense budget. The purpose of training is to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and the return on investment of training projects is an important indicator to measure the success of training projects.
Training project planning always needs the approval of senior managers, who pay more attention to the cost-benefit analysis of training projects besides whether the planning is perfect and feasible. Therefore, the cost budget is a necessary link to obtain the approval of the top management, and the cost benefit is also a reference for all expenses in the training implementation process.
