How to improve the effectiveness of kindergarten care and health care
The age characteristics of children determine that conservation and education are equally important in kindergartens. The concept of "every day's activities are education" put forward in the second phase of curriculum reform has pushed the protection work to the forefront of education. "How to do a good job in conservation today" has also become a question that the director and all logistics personnel need to think about and answer.

At present, there are 33 external logistics personnel in our park, accounting for nearly one-third of the teaching staff in the park, distributed in three campuses, and 6 of them are labor dispatch personnel. This huge and complex team is a team that cannot be ignored in kindergarten work. How to manage this team and improve the quality of child care?

To this end, we strive to change our ideas in learning, strive for standardization in practice, promote development in research, and improve the quality of protection work through institutional guarantee, humanistic care and professional promotion.

First, form a multi-sectoral integrated protection quality management system.

First of all, according to the characteristics of the combination of kindergarten education and conservation, combined with the current situation of one park and multiple campuses in our park, the overall planning and specific arrangements for the conservation management process and links of the whole park were made (Figure 1). The director is responsible for the maintenance and management of our park, the administrative director is the specific supervisor, and there is a logistics team leader who is fully responsible for the arrangement of various logistics work. The heads of all ministries are fully responsible for the management of their own conservation work, and the health workers of all ministries are responsible for the specific implementation of their own conservation work, forming a conservation management network covering all campuses. Everyone has their own responsibilities and clear authority, which ensures the orderly development of park protection. Secondly, in order to ensure the organization and implementation of the conservation work, we set corresponding post responsibilities for each post according to the requirements of kindergarten work, and established a series of relatively complete conservation management systems suitable for the actual situation of kindergartens, such as post responsibilities and post assessment systems involving conservation management. Under the guidance of the system, the responsibilities of the staff are clear, and the protection and management work is standardized and orderly. At the same time, according to the actual situation of kindergartens, the relevant system texts are constantly improved and revised. For example, in view of the fact that 80% of the logistics teams in our park are foreigners and have great mobility, we have revised the employee salary distribution scheme and employee assessment scheme. We have changed the previous practice of dividing wages only according to professional titles, determined the basic salary according to the rank, adjusted the salary according to the evaluation results, added attendance awards and garden age allowances, tilted towards the faculty who have made achievements in their posts, encouraged healthy competition and encouraged advanced employees to work with peace of mind. In order to optimize the teaching staff, we also encourage the training and improvement of employed personnel, and take incentive measures for textual research personnel. Teachers who have obtained a higher-level certificate will be reimbursed for training fees and will also receive a salary increase reward. At present, three of the top three 40 officials have obtained senior titles, and 14 have obtained intermediate titles.

Finally, combined with the actual situation of the park, under the premise of coordinating and unifying the overall objectives of protection work, each department establishes its own key work objectives according to its own characteristics and adopts personalized management measures. For example, Wuxing Road Campus is a small class department. According to the age characteristics of the children being cared for, nursing work evaluation items are added to the special assessment, and special awards are set up to encourage nursing staff to carry out nursing work in combination with the characteristics of small class children. Another example is Lianyuan Road Park. In combination with the fact that its maintainers are all town labor dispatchers with special professional backgrounds, the assessment items are appropriately adjusted to encourage these teachers to constantly strive to improve their professional service level. Based on the situation of each branch, these measures not only fully tap and carry forward the conservation characteristics of each department, but also play a positive role in promoting the overall conservation work of kindergartens and provide a strong guarantee for the front-line education and teaching work.

Second, carry out "research" activities with the same status as teaching and research.

(A) to strengthen professional training, and constantly improve the level of protection.

In order to infiltrate conservation work into all aspects of one-day activities in kindergartens and improve the professional service level of conservation workers, we started with learning and training, and persisted in carrying out conservation research to ensure the quality of conservation work. Adhere to the in-depth guidance of the principal, the coordination arrangement of the logistics team leader, the organization and implementation of each department head, the specific operation of medical staff, the active use of systems to ensure operational norms, the promotion of operational norms through teaching, the implementation of incentive measures to encourage operational norms, the overall promotion of logistics personnel's normative awareness and standardized operational capabilities, and the promotion of logistics team specialization. For example, the head of the school participates in the research and guidance of health care work every month, discusses the conservation management with the logistics team leader and health workers, and participates in supervision: once every two weeks, he conducts special conservation business study and training to make the conservation personnel understand the conservation information; Invite experts from the Children's Insurance Institute to come to the park to evaluate nursing work and guide health care business; Carry out mutual inspection activities in three campuses, find out the problems existing in the conservation work in time, discuss around the problems, find countermeasures, and conduct follow-up research: take all aspects of nurses' daily operation as the main content, carry out the competition of all-staff operation norms, carry out the evaluation activities of conservation work norms, and further urge the conservation workers to master the standardized operation skills to ensure the quality of conservation.

According to the different characteristics of logistics personnel, we carried out targeted training activities to improve the professional quality of the three members. For new nurses, routine work and teaching activities are carried out in the form of pairing new and old nurses with apprentices, so that the new eight members can quickly adapt to the job requirements. For the young backbone of the logistics staff, we provide them with opportunities to go out to study, let them go out of kindergarten and visit and study in the city's economic demonstration park. At the same time, give full play to the role of key personnel, encourage them to carry out pairing activities with teaching, establish teaching files for them, and radiate and lead the park through on-site teaching and practice in different places.

(2) Pay attention to practical thinking and effectively carry out conservation research.

In order to further improve the quality of kindergarten care, we actively carry out research on care and health care. In the past two years, we have carried out investigation reports and studies on children's eating behavior and hygiene habits at the age of 3-6 years ...' Experimental study on children's dental caries and their family oral hygiene education' and other related topics, and summarized some experiences. For example, the "Experimental Study on Dental Caries of Children and Family Oral Health Education" investigated and analyzed the situation of dental caries of children and the current situation of family oral health education in our garden, found the crux of the problem, publicized the scientific knowledge about dental caries of children to parents, and sought relevant medical institutions to check and correct it in the garden, which reduced the incidence of dental caries of children and was unanimously affirmed by parents. Similarly, the "Investigation Report and Research on Children's Dietary Behavior and Hygienic Habits of 3~6 Years Old" is also a way to distribute questionnaires to teachers and parents, summarize on the basis of analyzing real data, and explore a good way to cultivate children's dietary behavior and hygienic habits, which has substantially improved the quality of our conservation work.

We also often carry out joint activities between the three ministries, which not only enhances the communication between the ministries in the park, but also shows the working characteristics of the ministries. More importantly, we can find problems worth studying and make the protection management more effective. For example, we carried out a special study on protection management and outdoor activities safety management led by the director, administrative director, heads of ministries and commissions and logistics team leaders, organized health workers from ministries and commissions to participate in outdoor activities of three ministries and commissions, and conducted on-site observation and quality evaluation on protection work. Under the guidance of the concept of "active saving", this paper analyzes the implementation of the three departments, summarizes their advantages and disadvantages, and studies the improvement methods. With these ideas, health workers from all ministries returned to their headquarters, led relevant personnel to carry out research, formulated specific rectification plans, and took them as the direction of the next stage of work and implemented them in practice. After the end of a stage, we will pay a return visit to understand the actual effect of the measures and find new research problems on this basis.

Three, the establishment of parental care quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism.

The clients of kindergarten care work are parents and children. In order to make the clients better understand and support the care work, we encourage parents to actively participate in the care management of kindergartens, and establish a parent supervision and evaluation mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of the work.

For example, through the distribution of questionnaires, parents' concerns about conservation work are understood, parents' opinions and suggestions are taken seriously, and the focus of conservation work is determined in combination with the actual work of kindergartens. Three major contents, such as "nutritious diet", "safe disease prevention" and "disinfection and isolation", are listed as monitoring points, and kindergartens draw up monitoring and evaluation indicators and processes, which are submitted to the Family Committee for deliberation and approval. We set up a monitoring and evaluation group for the quality of child care (hereinafter referred to as the monitoring group), and invited parents' representatives to choose their own projects to participate in management. Then, the ministries and commissions made it public in turn, asking the monitoring group to understand all aspects of kindergarten conservation management in an all-round and whole process. Led by the heads of ministries and commissions, the monitoring team conducted on-site investigation and access to information, and relevant staff conducted on-site operation, demonstration and introduction. Then the director will organize a discussion, listen to the feedback from the monitoring group, accept inquiries and answer questions on the spot. Finally, please ask the supervision team to fill in the evaluation form and feedback form. Subsequently, the director and the relevant person in charge summarized and analyzed the evaluation results of the monitoring group, and publicized the evaluation results to the parents of the whole park. The intervention of parents' quality monitoring and evaluation team has enabled parents to have a deeper understanding of kindergarten child care management, to further understand and support our work, and to have a more comprehensive understanding of the actual situation and implementation effect of kindergarten child care management.

We also increase the evaluation index of conservation work in the questionnaire of parents in the whole park every semester, collect first-hand evaluation information extensively, and combine with special monitoring and evaluation activities to find out our own advantages and outstanding problems in time, and bring these problems into conservation research activities for further discussion and research, laying the foundation for the follow-up work of conservation management.

Compared with education and teaching, management seems ordinary and trivial, but it is this seemingly ordinary work that is related to the physical and mental health of teachers and students and the long-term development of kindergartens. We will continue to think and explore, and further seek good ways to implement protection and management, so as to promote the overall improvement of the quality of running the park.
