What if the child is an autistic teacher?
Autistic children mainly show communication barriers and are unwilling to express themselves. They usually have problems such as slow response, too quiet, avoiding eye contact, dislike imitation, love solitude, poor expression ability and lack of social skills. To be a teacher for such children, you should do this:

1, patient and gentle, tolerant with love. For autistic children, there are no other skills, what is most needed is continuous patience, equality, love and tolerance. When the patient needs to cooperate, try to express it in concise and clear sentences and repeat the key words as gently as possible.

2. Decorate the environment and create an atmosphere. Mark the instruments and articles in the environment with obvious words and colors to help patients understand the environment. And create a relaxed atmosphere for the child, not to make the child feel a little strange and nervous, but to create a quiet and safe environment for him and help him adapt little by little.

3. Accompany with your heart and encourage communication. As a teacher, you should talk to your children more, encourage them to interact with you, speak slowly, have a gentle attitude, and be sure not to show impatience and guide patients to interact with other children in the class.

4, segmented training, exercise skills. As teachers, autistic children need to work harder than normal children. There should be a scientific and reasonable plan to help children progress and recover in stages. First, help children learn basic skills, such as visual observation, hand-eye coordination, language understanding, expression and communication. Then there is self-care, including the ability to dress, eat, wash and go to the toilet. Finally, further develop children's sports ability and so on.
