Second, the specific objectives

Third, organization
Set up a "leading group for basic education curriculum reform experiment", with the principal as the team leader and the staff of the guidance office, political and educational office, office and general office as members, responsible for decision-making, organization, coordination and guarantee, giving strong support in policy, manpower, material resources, financial resources and publicity, and creating a good environment for the curriculum reform experiment.
Fourth, experimental measures.
1, strengthen teacher training
On the basis of the "general training" and "subject training" organized by cities and counties, the seventh-grade teachers continue to send teachers to participate in various courses training and curriculum reform seminars in counties and counties, and invite leaders of teaching and research offices in cities and counties to give special lectures in schools. Strive to create an atmosphere of school-based training and increase the intensity of school-based training. By studying the curriculum standards and interpretation of various subjects, watching the teaching records in the experimental area of curriculum reform, going out to visit and study, actively organizing and discussing the mode of deeply understanding theory and effectively applying theory to practice, gradually mastering the "true meaning" of curriculum reform, crossing the "gap" between theory and practice, and applying the learned knowledge and skills to the classroom.
2. Establish a vibrant classroom.
Classroom teaching is the basic way to implement school education. The new curriculum and textbooks provide a brand-new platform for teaching reform, and at the same time put forward brand-new requirements for teaching reform. The key to the implementation of the new curriculum lies in the real change of classroom teaching methods. The ideal classroom should be a moment for teachers and students to create miracles and awaken their sleeping potential, a journey to the unknown, an open arm for every soul present, and a torch to ignite students' wisdom. To sum up in one sentence: a vibrant classroom is an ideal classroom. Earnestly formulate the "New Curriculum Classroom Teaching Evaluation Requirements of Xinfeng No.3 Middle School", change teachers' traditional way of preparing lessons, strengthen the ability training of studying textbooks and understanding the learning situation, emphasize the interaction between teachers and students, and give full play to students' main role in learning. In the process of implementing the new curriculum, in order to build this dynamic classroom, we are prepared to start from the following aspects.

3. Improve the evaluation system of new curriculum classroom teaching.
Classroom teaching is the main position to implement the new curriculum standards and carry out education and teaching reform. Scientific and appropriate classroom teaching evaluation will play a positive role in promoting the implementation of new curriculum standards. This paper discusses the problems existing in traditional classroom teaching evaluation and the understanding under the new textbook concept, and tries to elaborate from two aspects: first, the characteristics and principles of classroom evaluation; Secondly, under the following principles, this paper discusses the evaluation of classroom education from three aspects: teachers' teaching behavior, students' academic performance and teachers' basic quality.

6. Implement management system
(1) The school, the teaching and research team leader and the lesson preparation team leader set the time and place, and organize teachers to learn and understand the new curriculum concept by means of special lectures and collective discussions; Discuss and learn successful cases and teaching design; Learn the latest educational theories and frontier knowledge of disciplines; Draw lessons from the experience of the new curriculum and guide teachers to gradually evolve the new curriculum concept into a personal personalized concept.

Establish a teacher evaluation mechanism to evaluate teachers from four aspects: professional ethics, understanding students, respecting students' situation, teaching design and implementation ability, and educational and scientific research level.
(3) Teachers' school-based training and school-based teaching and research also implement the attendance system, and the attendance method is the same as class.
